This is a picture of me pretty much bloated...but it's cute to think of the baby in there :) I'm 17 weeks as of Christmas day!

My wonderful husband is so good at gift giving! These are my presents from him this Christmas. A nice coat and Christmas movies that I used to watch as a little wee one.

We had our Christmas family photo taken...didn't turn out too well.

I'm really bad at updating this...so don't be expecting any more updates until...probably when our baby is born haha :) love you all!

Lots of updates no pictures!

Well, the time has come. Bill and Charlie will be getting either a brother or sister.
A human brother or sister that is.
I'm due the first week of June 2010!
I will try to do better about updating this thing and posting some post worthy pictures.

Pennsylvania and New York City

First we walked as close as we could to get a good view of Lady Liberty!

Time Square was very breathtaking to me!
Time Square was so ridiculously busy it was really hard to get a picture of us like this with out people running into us.

We went on top of the Empire State building and this is what it had in store for us!
Simply Amazing!

Longest underwater tunnel in North America. Built in 1950 and it's over a mile long I believe.
This is the view you get when you stick your head out our hotel window. Picture doesn't do it justice. We were sad to leave because we really loved being in NYC.

Beth and Rachel
This little lady is so happy every day!
We found him on the street. We felt bad for him so we invited him in for cake. We got so close to him it's almost like he's a brother to us ;)
Rachel and Joe Joe
Abric and Milo :) Milo was so scared for everyone. He is definitely a mommas and daddys boy
Hailey took this picture! cool, huh!?
I just love this girlie! We had so much fun spending time together! :)
I was so happy that Mya warmed up to me so fast!! I was worried she would be scared of me since I only met her once before 2 year ago! We got along so well!

Our trip out was so enjoyable! We flew out on Eric's birthday and returned to Wichita on our 2 year anniversary. All the days in between were busy and eventful! I just can't believe how big all the kids are getting. We did lots of playing and listened to lost of kids laugh and cry! There wasn't ever a dull moment and never a quite moment.

We even managed to dedicate a whole day to beauty! We went shopping for hair products. Then, after that everyone got in line for a hair cut at mom/grandmas house! I feel like it's been so long since I did that many hair cuts in such a short amount of time! I'm glad though so I can keep up! :) I hope everyone likes there hair cuts! Enjoy them while they last! :)

I got to see my grandfather for possibly the last time. I'm not really all that sure if he always knew who I was every time I went in to see him but I sure was glad I got to spend some time with him.

I didn't get to see my moms parents while we were out there, or my aunt and uncle and other relatives I would have liked to see. My poor aunt was in a terrible accident that caused her to be in critical condition for a few days. Therefore, Eric and I weren't able to exactly visit. We have been praying for her continuously and hope for her to have a full recovery.

New York City was awesome! I think Eric was serious when he said he wanted to live there. It was tiring doing all that walking and getting lost but so extremely worth every minute spent there.

I seriously felt like I couldn't get enough hugs and kisses from everyone!

Sorry Shell for not getting any pictures of us together! I definitely should have gotten my camera out sooner in my trip out there!

Thank you Eric's mom and dad and Scott and Chelsea for helping us out at our house while we were gone! I was such a worried mom being away from our little kittens for that long. It was so nice to come home to our little fur balls!

all for now! Love all :) xoxo

Special prayers for AM and fam

Sedgwick Co. Zoo

Eric and I have gone to the zoo here in Wichita before, but that was during the winter. Now that it's summer they have so many more exhibits open and the animals seem to be more active!

Here's a few snaps of our adventure! Enjoy :)

This painting here was made by an orangutan. It was entered in a childrens art contest. The judges did not know that an orangutan painted it and placed it first place!

Eric thought this bird looked like a balding old man :)

Last time we came (during winter) this cougar thought we were his food! He would follow us like a crazy animal and I was seriously scared of it! Now it just looks like Bill or Charlie.

These birds were so colorful and pretty!

I love this picture of Eric and this tiger.

Probably my favorite part of the zoo.
The Jungle

The biggest white wings are the wing span of a white pelican. HUGE!

I love elephants so much!!

And...I love penguins a ton, too!

The childrens petting zoo part was fun!

It all started with one

I surely am a proud mom. Obviously, you can see we have a cute little fur ball added to our little homestead. His name is Bill if you haven't caught on yet. But, I kept thinking for a few days now how I really wanted (drum roll please!)...ANOTHER kitty! I know, my mom is shaking her head thinking I might be the craziest person alive right now.

You see, all growing up I have been, let's just say "deathly" allergic to cats and horses. We knew I could never be able to be a cat owner so I just always thought cats were dumb, lazy, and smelly. But, after having our great and terrifying adventure with Oscar, we...well I decided to give it a shot in life and live dangerously. It all started with one. But now we have TWO! And I'm so happy with my little boys!
He's a bit cranky/tired in this picture. I woke him up for his glamor moment.

Picture Fun

I was very bored one evening after work and decided to go outside with my camera. I took I think over 200 shots of random nature. Surprisingly, I had a ton of fun doing this! And I had a few little adventures while I was out. Here's a small collection of my pictures.

This first one here is actually just to show my family my 1st garden! I was so excited that they didn't all fully die after a week of planting them. But I'm giving them plenty of love so they are pullin' through!

I found an abandoned birds nest by our side door. We knew little birdies were just living in it but we haven't seen them or their mommy in a while so I knew it was safe to take down. This birds nest is what started my adventure of picture day.
I went to our back yard of a jungle and found a few things that seem to get there somehow. Our yard is completely fenced in with private fencing, but I could promise you I pick up a bucket load of trash back there about every 2 weeks! And well, this little beauty marble made it back there some how. I like it.

Look VERY closely here. While I was just snapping away with my little camera, I thought I could get some cool pictures of this tree stump we have in our back yard. Well, after I had gone inside to look at my pictures, I realized I was taking a picture of a nasty HUGE spider that seemed to blend into his habitat. Thank goodness I didn't realize he was there while I was taking pictures! I would have screamed like a little girl.

We have a cute little couple of mushrooms on our little stump back there.

We have lots of random wild flowers on our property!
This thing was Gi-A-normous!

God is so wonderful to give us such wonderful and colorful things to observe.
And then Bill came to play!

He is just yawning...don't be scared!!

Thanks for looking! xoxo
